Format should be as given in the example: download example

Briefly, All text should be in 12 point Times New Roman. It must fit on one sheet of A4 paper with 2.5 cm margins. Title in capitals and set up as seen in example. Please send as MS word document or RTF file. Pictures, suitable for black and white reproduction, may be included but the overall file size of the submitted document must not exceed 300kb.
